As an LPCC or LSW, your work is important. You're on the front lines of helping people navigate difficult times. Your expertise and compassion can make a real difference in people's lives. But no matter how good you are at your job, there's always room to grow and improve; that's where good clinical supervision for therapists in Colorado comes in.
Colorado clinical supervision for therapists is an investment in yourself and your clients. It's a way to get guidance and support from someone who has more experience than you do. Someone who can help you navigate tricky situations and provide feedback on your work. Good clinical supervision in Colorado can help you become a better therapist or social worker. You are ultimately helping your clients get better outcomes.
As clinical supervisors, we aim to ensure that you feel you have our individualized attention. That our focus is on your clinical, personal, and professional growth. Our clinical supervisors strongly believe in the value and necessity of good, quality, intentional individual clinical hours of supervision, counseling, and treatment while you accrue clinical hours out of supervision.
We provide clinical supervision because the contribution to the wellness of our profession is beneficial for the mental health field. If you're looking to provide clinical supervision or for private practice, we're here to support you.
As virtual supervisors, we are available to folks in Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver, and beyond the front range of Colorado.
Clinical supervision is helpful for any helper, family therapist, licensed professional counselor, or holistic practitioner.
Pricing for black, indigenous, and non-white individuals, immigrants, and refugees is available at a reduced rate.
Reasons Why Investing in Clinical Supervision is Matters
Colorado Clinical Supervision with a Critical & Trauma Informed Lens
-
Critical lens involves identifying and addressing systemic issues. Issues that contribute to social problems. This may involve working to change policies or advocating for legislative reform to address poverty, discrimination, or systemic oppression.
-
Critical social work is rooted in the principles of social justice. This involves promoting fairness, equality, and dignity for all individuals. Social workers engaged in a critical lens may work to promote social justice through community organizing, advocacy, or political activism.
-
A critical lens requires social workers to challenge power structures. Structures contributing to social inequality and oppression. This may involve working to empower individuals, families, and communities to take an active role in addressing social problems and advocating for the rights of marginalized and oppressed individuals.
-
Critical social work requires social workers to work collaboratively with individuals and communities to identify and address social problems. By working collaboratively with communities, social workers can help build collective power and create meaningful change that improves the lives of children and those marginalized and oppressed.

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER | THERAPIST | CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
I bring extensive experience to the supervision relationship, five years post MSW, to the clinical supervision team. I specialize in working with women ages 15+ for individual therapy, community-based provider, and group therapy who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. At my core, I am a systems thinker and have worked in various large systems, including K-12 public education, child welfare, public health, community mental health, and foster care and adoption. I co-own Two Rivers Therapy in Fort Collins, Colorado, my private practice.
As a clinical supervisor, I bring a dynamic perspective, energy, and a systemic focus and lens. This helps supervisees feel supported, dig deeper into their clinical work, and identify behavior patterns (as professionals and with their clients) to have a more meaningful life and personal and professional growth. I'm passionate about helping your ground a theoretical orientation in your clinical work.
Building and maintaining learning spaces that feel meaningful is a strong priority. I am equally concerned with the health of the group space as I am about the topics we discuss.
I am an approved supervisor for Colorado LPCCs, SWCs, and LSWs. I have been providing supervision in a clinical capacity for four years.

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER | THERAPIST | CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
My style is person-centered, non-judgmental, and relationship-focused.
I bring extensive experience as a K-12 social worker in public education, community mental health, outpatient therapy for adolescents, families, and adults, and consulting work in mental health law.
In my private practice, I use animal-assisted therapy to make counseling accessible and gratifying for every age group and increase a sense of self-worth. The human-animal bond can motivate us to seek profound connections with others and within ourselves.
As a clinical supervisor, I bring a blend of curiosity and expertise to the table that supports learning. I prioritize the depth of our relationship and the relationship of our groups to foster a learning environment that is healing, challenging, and creative.
I am an approved supervisor for Colorado LPCCs, LSWs, and SWCs.
