In honor of Pride Month, our clinical supervision and consultation will focus on supporting queer mental health and exploring the intersectionality of queer identity, clinical competency, and the realities of politicized mental health care. This session is open to therapists, social workers, and counselors at all stages of licensure who want to deepen their understanding and practice through an inclusive, justice-informed lens.
We’ll examine how systems of power, oppression, and liberation shape the mental health experiences of LGBTQIA+ clients—and what it truly means to offer queer-affirming, intersectional care. As always, we’ll engage in collaborative discussion, small group work, and reflection to strengthen awareness and clinical skills.
